How to choose a bench press ?
With bench presses, sculpt your body, improve your power and your muscle size, by lifting bars that can be weighted manually using irons discs. They enable complete muscular training and have the advantage of being progressive through optional additions.
They are reserved for experienced sportspeople.
In effect, the movement is not guided and requires a capacity to correctly position the supports: position the hands on the bar for a bench press, position the feet and above all the back for a squat movement.
