How to choose your Tae Kwon Do do bok ?

For the ancestral Korean martial art Tae Kwon Do, or "the way of the foot and the fist", you need the right sort of uniform. We suggest you choose a uniform that is 5cm longer than you are tall, as it will shrink in the wash. Depending on whether you practise Tae Kwon Do for leisure or competition, you can choose from two uniforms made from different fabrics.
